Tobias Derer is one great drums player .And finally Michael Hauser plays impressive keyboards.

Let’s see track by track what offer to us this album:

1. “In the Shadows” :

The track begins with rhythm drums and heavy guitar riffs and follow the folkish sounding keys to enter in epic way the female voice. 12. “Love Me Forever (Motörhead cover)” :

The last track is a cover of the band Motörhead.A beautiful painful ballad and indeed here Jennifer easily proves that she has the talent to sing in her personal way this song.

Finally Beyond The Black in their debut album make us to see two things.First they made one of the best album of 2015 (in my opinion much better that the new albums of Nightwish, Sirenia, Xandria and Leaves’ Eyes). Second we listened one of the best young female voices.I will wait the next step of them to see what more they have to offer to us.For the moment I think this band is a force to be reckoned with in the Symphonic Metal and of course in the Female Fronted Metal space. The album high recommended !

RATING : 9.17/10
